Meghan is a psychic medium in Chicago who uses intuitive chaperoning of spiritual and paranormal energies to create supportive outcomes. Specifically, she makes the concepts and process of tapping into the metaphysical less intimidating and more understood by building trust and assuming the risk and burden of the work. She does this to create harmony for those struggling as well as those looking to broaden awareness of their spiritual self and reach their highest potential.

As part of a brand identity refresh package, our scope was to refine the brand strategy and develop a visual and identity, and write new brand copy to make something so misunderstood clear and accessible. Design and refinement of the website was not part of the scope of the project but we offered our two (or ten) cents with a mock-up of how beautiful and effective it good be.

We considered her core values of integrity, courage and trust and developed a color and type system that is both friendly and well-grounded. We examined the needs of her customers to feel heard and safe and the market opportunity for a hands-on medium who is approachable. We defined a voice that is both expert and empathic, leaving the client feeling curious and calm. For a nod to the traditional iconography we took the idea of a crystal ball and modernized it for a simple logomark.

The result is hopeful, warm, professional, modern and indeed approachable.
